Blaise Davis is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics). Mr. Davis is responsible for leading debt and equity placement efforts within the Western states, as well as specific key accounts with the Meridian team.



Prior to joining Meridian Investments, Blaise spent six years at Allstate Investments on the Real Estate Investment team. During his time at Allstate, Blaise helped underwrite, close, and manage more than $1.5 billion of syndicated LIHTC investments in addition to $1.3 billion in conventional real estate equity investments.

Mr. Davis is based in the Chicago office, and holds the FINRA Series 22 and 63 licenses.
