Meridian Realty Investments (MRI)

Meridian Realty Investments (MRI) was established in 1998 as Meridian’s real estate investment affiliate. MRI is a diversified real estate company that has provided a variety of tax-advantaged investment programs for individual investors. Beginning in 2004, MRI's primary focus was to acquire large commercial properties and syndicate them to investors seeking to execute an IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchange. Today, MRI provides asset management services for both tenants-in-common property owners and institutional real estate investors.
